Terms
Plain English, because you should be able to read them.
Who this agreement is with
[COMPANY NAME], [company number], [registered address]. Contact: hello@creatorkids.club.
The agreement is with you, the parent or guardian. You must be 18 or over. Children use the service through your account; they do not have their own and cannot agree to anything.
What you get
- Access to whatever you bought — one lesson, one course, or every course.
- Use of the creation tools, subject to a monthly generation limit.
- A monthly summary emailed to you.
Billing
There are three things you can buy, and two of them charge you once and never again.
- $1 — Lesson 1 of one course. A single payment. It is not a trial, it does not convert into a subscription, no card is retained for a later charge, and no further amount will be taken.
- $9.99 — one whole course, permanently. A single payment. It covers every lesson in that course, including lessons added to it after you buy. If you already paid the $1 for that course, the price is $8.99. Nothing renews.
- $19.99 per month — every course on the platform. This one is a subscription. It renews monthly on the date you bought it, and continues until you cancel.
- Payments are taken by Stripe. Charges appear as CREATORKIDS.CLUB.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of an active subscription, and you can cancel in that time. A course you have already bought outright is not affected by any later price change.
Cancelling
Only the $19.99 monthly plan can be cancelled, because it is the only thing that recurs. One click, from your account, at any time. No phone call, no retention offer, no reason required. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged.
A course or lesson you bought outright has nothing to cancel. It stays yours.
If something goes wrong with a charge, email us before you dispute it — we would far rather refund you than argue with your bank.
Who owns what your child makes
Your child does. Their creations are theirs to keep, print, post and show off. We store them so the portfolio works, and we will not use them in our marketing without asking you first, in writing, each time.
The lessons, videos, the character Pip, and the software are ours. Please do not redistribute or resell them.
Fair use
Do not use CreatorKids to make anything that is:
- sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise unsuitable for children;
- an attempt to depict a real, identifiable person;
- illegal.
We filter for these automatically and review by hand. We may suspend an account that repeatedly tries to get around it. If that happens we will tell you why, and refund the unused part of your month.
Things we can't promise
AI image tools are unpredictable — sometimes a result is not what a child pictured. That is part of the craft, and the lessons teach how to work with it. We cannot guarantee any particular output, and we cannot promise the service is never briefly unavailable.
